Unaccompanied first semester students at Medical University of the Americas are expected to live in one of the dormitories. Consistent with the university's commitment to supporting the broader community, these dormitories are owned by Nevis residents.
The following is a complete list of Dormitory charges. Rent includes electricity and water. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, refrigerator and microwave.
Fees are payable to and collected by dorm management. The fee is due upon arrival on Nevis.
