Because of our year-round class schedule--classes take place at MUA in three semesters per year (January, May and September--there is no traditional summer break)--you complete your first five semesters on the MUA campus in just over a year and a half (20 months).
Note: New classes are seated in all three semesters.
After the five Basic Science semesters, students return to the U.S. and or Canada for for the first step of your licensing exams and the clinical portion of your medical school education: five semesters of core and elective rotations at ACGME-approved teaching hospitals affiliated with MUA.
