Manchester University Partnership Agreement

New pathway agreement benefits future medical doctors in Indiana, United States.

Medical University of the Americas (MUA) is pleased to highlight a new partnership with Manchester University, one of the top 10 schools in the Midwest for undergraduate teaching according to the U.S. News & World Report Rankings. This collaboration will support Manchester students who dream of becoming practicing medical doctors by enriching their journey into MUA’s 4-year MD program.

Eligible Manchester students who meet all collaboration requirements, including achieving a minimum GPA of 3.0 and 492 MCAT score, will receive a $10,000 USD partnership scholarship, a guaranteed application interview, and the opportunity to gain up to $32,500 USD in additional MUA financial support. These benefits help make our accredited MD program more accessible, and place a career as a practicing physician within reach for successful Manchester University graduates.

“At Manchester University, we prepare students with a rigorous foundation in the sciences, supported by faculty mentorship and experiential learning opportunities, including global health experiences through our Medical Practicum,” shared Jeffrey P. Osborne, Director of Biology-Chemistry, Medical Practicum and Medical Laboratory Science Programs at Manchester University. “With a commitment to improving the human condition and a demonstrated record of preparing students for success in professional programs, our partnership with the Medical University of the Americas provides a clear and supported pathway for graduates to continue their development as physicians who combine scientific expertise with compassionate care.”

Founded in 1998, MUA has helped 1,800+ students achieve their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degrees. We consistently provide future physicians with the expansive medical education and individualized support they need to achieve their dreams of a career in medicine. MUA is accredited by the Accreditation Commission on Colleges of Medicine (ACCM).

Excitingly, this educational collaboration has been established between Manchester University and all three GUS Medical Schools – Saba University School of Medicine, Medical University of the Americas and St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine.
